what to include in BBB, OAG, FTC and Texas Office of Consumer Credit c

complaints......
What should I include in the complaints? I mean send my bank statements? I have spreadsheets of what I've paid and dates.....
Also, I file complaints with BBB for MY area, not the PDL's area right?
Any links or samples of what others have submitted would be great. PDL's are Ameriloan, Eastside, PDL Loan Center (High Country Ventures), VD FUnding and GFS / GFSIL whatever they call themselves....
I've only received one response to date from Ameriloan just saying they received my email fax and to call them.
