Filing Complaints with the BBB, etc.

As for a form, the FTC has an online form and your AG's office may have one online as well.
I live in PA and was able to fill out the AG's complaint and submit it online.
They sent me a letter last week with a file # as well as the name of the person handling the complaint.
I just sent them a follow-up letter (because they like any add'l info in writing).
Payday-Loan-Yes has been harassing me at work for 3 weeks now. When I told them the other day that they would be talking to the PA AG's office soon, the guy on the other end got the cocky tone of voice and said "and why is that"? Why the h _ _ _ does he think? They are some of the worst scumbags out there and need to be stopped.

I agree with Dawnlango, it is not a waste of time. I settled with ameriloan through the BBB and today in the mail I got a closed account from ARM of Florida with the help of the BBB serving Northeast Florida. So for me the BBB has been great!!!
