Payday Lender Backlash Concerns

I am interested in sending out the payday lender letter that is posted on the website. I am concerned about possible backlash if I send it. Am I legally allowed to send such a letter? I live in CT, where payday lending is prohibited. The lender is in Nevis West Indies, which makes me wonder if I can send the letter as they are in another country. Do send the letter. Offshore lenders are illegal and moreover, as you already have stated, PDLs are illegal in CT. Make sure you have revoked ACH authorization/closed your bank account to prevent them from running a raid on your funds. File complaints with the AG and the FTC as well. You have the upper hand in this situation so take full advantage of it.
