Hi - I'm confused about the loan I have out with Blue King (a tribal lender). It was an internet loan for $400. So far I have made two interest payments of $106 each for a total of $212 paid.

I live in Colorado and I know that a lender must be licensed in Colorado for a payday loan here to be legal. How do I find out if Blue King is licensed in CO? Any tips and tricks for dealing with them? I fully intend to repay the principal of the loan.

I found out they are illegal in PA too....I took a loan for 600.00 and so far have paid 3 pymts of 159 JUST on interest.......then they tell me i will be paying 219 a pay until loan is paid; this is a crime!!!
What do we do about it and do we have to continue paying these scam artists????
