SAME THING HAPPENED TO MY MOTHER
MY MOTHER GOT A LOAN FROM HJB AND SHE PASSED AWAY AND NOW THEY ARE SLAMING HER ACCOUT EVERY 2 WEEKS FOR 500.00 SHE LEFT NO MONEY AND NOTHING FOR ANY ONE. SHE LIVED IN TN. I HAVE EMAILED THEM AND TOLD THEM THEY DONT CARE. AND OF COURSE THE BANK WANTS US TO PAY THEM WE STOPPED PAYMENTS AND THEY STILL SEND IT IN. TODAY IS ANOTHER $500.00 SUBMIT. HOW DO WE STOP THEM ?WE HAVE TO LEAVE THE ACCOUT OPEN TO PAY WHAT SHE HAD OUT.

The harsh reality is that she is dead and unless her spouse is still alive (and that is really stretching it in the PDL industry), the debt is also dead. You need to take a copy of the death certificate into the bank and politely tell them that they need to pay the account because there is no one alive to pay the fees that this company is racking up!!
** Please tell me that your name was not on the account also??**
