I need help! I feel like i'm drowning in payday loans.... some I know I have overpaid on...

Brighton Financial: borrowed $200, paid $2,400
Jupiter Funding Group: borrowed $250, paid at least $500
Blue King Financial: borrowed $400, paid $250 -
Advance Sovereign Financial: borrowed $400, paid $200
Castle PayDay: borrowed $750, paid back $262

most of these payments are just their "fees". How do I get them to consider the loan in full...and how do I get a refund from Brighton and Jupiter?

Thanks!

I'm getting $150 of the $350 I overpaid to Jupiter Funding refunded back to me..... not all the overpayment...but it's better than nothing. I've received PIF letters from both Jupiter and Brighton. Still trying to get almost $2,000 back from Brighton.... I can't believe I let that one go for over a year....

All the lenders on the list are illegal. You are not required to repay them anything more than the principal amount borrowed originally. Start by revoking ACH in writing with each lender and send a copy of the letters to your bank as well. Revoke voluntary wage assignments in writing with the lenders as well. Send copies to your payroll/HR. Close you bank account if you feel it is necessary.
You can repay the rest of the principal to the 3 lenders as and when you wish, it is completely up to you and there is absolutely no need to get into 'payment plans' with them. Repay them using ONLY money orders.
As for recovering the excess amount you paid towards Jupiter and Brighton, there is a very slim chance. Your best bet is to contact them in writing and via phone and ask for the money. File complaints with the AG and the FTC as well.

I've already heard back from Jupiter and Brighton. Jupiter is accepting my paid in full request, however currently are not wanting to provide me a refund over the over payment. Brighton FNL also stated "as good faith" they would consider my account paid in full...however did not mention anything to the request of the refund of $2,000. So, I will continuously bug them about it. I haven't been able to get anyone at Blue King to contact me, however when I go to the website and log in...I can't.... I'm still working with Advance Sovereign and Castle Payday...but I'm happy that i'm halfway there with these companies. Such a bad mistake...took out one...and then had to take others to help keep up with payments.... NEVER again!

I would just like to add one point. Rather, I would like to make a request to you. Stay away from payday loans in 2013. If you really need money, borrow from banks and credit unions. If you're determined to take out a loan from a payday loan lender, then check if it is licensed in your state.
