How long for Plain Green and Mobiloans?

I have sent letters, revoked ACH etc for both companies (2 loans each). I received a response right away on one of the Mobiloans accounts stating they would consider the account paid in full. This was only on Friday, but I have not heard anything from the others and the principal is paid (even overpaid and I requested a refund). One account is locked and the other two are saying to call to make payment arrangements. How long does it usually take to hear from these two companies and how long should I wait to send another letter? Any and all help is very much appreciated. :)


they are trying to figure out another tactic to confuse and contact you. You will hear from them just give it a bit more time. You can send the email as often as you like. The email considering the account paid in full, print and keep in a safe place....just in case needed for future. Good luck and hang in there.

I have now received PIFs on both Mobiloans accounts. I received an email from Plain Green saying they were closing my account and would stop all ACH activity. Should I keep pushing for the PIF letter?

What did you send mobiloans?? I'm trying to get them to quit the ach debits! I have paid way over the principal on the account. I have 2 loans through them. Both I have paid way over principal. Thanks! Did you email? Or send physical letters?

Close your bank acct then revoke ACH with pdl's. Be sure to give the bank a copy. Follow the links by this forum to see how to do. Everything you need is here just search for it.
