The best way to go is with a storefront as they will be licensed and you will have the support of the state should there be any issues. If there are no storefronts in your state, PDL's are not legal. As stated above, stay away from the internet for getting a PDL!! Most of the time, they are illegal, overpriced and have no regard for the laws of your state.
