i am filing a consumer complaint against the lenders.

There is a box that asks What would you like the business to do to settle your complaint?

What should I tell them?

If you've overpaid, explain you would like a refund. If they are an unlicensed/illegal pdl, explain that they are not licensed to do business with residents in your state. If you have paid the principle amount or amount due according to your state, explain that you want your account marked PIF. It just depends on the situation with the pdl. Whatever results you want, put that in there.
