If Zip has threatened to contact your payroll dept, you need to send them a letter asap revoking any and all wage assignments that you may have signed with them or any if their affiliates. Give a copy also to your p/r person. Wage assignments are strictly voluntary and can be revoked at any time.

In my opinion Zip19 is one of the worst to work with. I highly recommend taking kashzan's advice and send that letter. They called my references twice a day and left really threatening messeges. They also called my work bouncing from extension to extension when I wouldn't answer. Once I sent the c & d letter all contact has since stopped. (knock on wood).

yes,the C&D letter is good,but also send the letter revoking the wage assignment.some bottom feeders will try to sneak it past without your knowledge.

zip 19 300/haven't paid on this one yet

I have been trying to make payment arrangements today.
I stopped my direct deposit but have not closed my account.
Zip19 has said if I don't pay the full amount I now owe of 417.94 they will contact my hr department at my work. From what I am seeing here I am getting that in Texas they can't garnish my wages. Is that right?

opened a new one they keep calling my job and threaten to
call human resources dept what can i do i tried to set up some
