I need a contact email for red leaf lending. I've been trying to email them with an ach revocation and stop calls aft work and the email on their website noone responds to. I am getting calls from a third party but they never leave their name only the number.

Here is their acctual address doubt it will do much better - when you email them what if anything are you getting back?

Did you secure your bank account, are your funds safe from them? Did you give copy of revocation of ACH to your bank?

Yes bank knows. Nothing getting through. They won't even respond to email. They now ave scond party called e finance solutions calling 10 times a day wanting money

I had the same thing happen so I sent the ACH to my bank and they stopped taking the money out. BUT Beware... you have to close out your account because EFINANCE will create a eCheck for what ever they believe you owe. I had that happen to me and they took out over $400 but my bank returned the money to me after a 2 week investigation.. they indicated that the check was unauthorized via my ACH. I then closed my account but Efinance transfered my loan to TOTAL RECOVERY SOLUTIONS AND THEY ARE HARASSING me. I have reported them to all government agencies in NYS and I will be retaining an attorney. They are now threatening to sue me in a state where these loans are completely illegal... pretty stupid if you ask me.

Reported Redleaf Lending and Total Recovery Solutions to NYS Dept of Financial Services and sent a C&D letter. Received a letter from Total Recovery indicating that they will not be calling me and have closed my account.... I guess they knew I was going to eventually sue them as I retained an attorney.
