I have never received a loan and I am continuing to receive calls from a company called PF Solution from Mr. James Tate & Tim Hoffman, who claim to be a debt collection agency hired by Geneva Roth/Loan Point USA. I have asked this company to mail me the information to verify that I owe this loan and also to have proof of dates and account information. I also have asked them for a number to Geneva Roth but was told that they can't provide me with that information. They continue to say give me your attorney info and we will forward the information. I finally was able to get a number for Loan Point USA and they informed me that it does appear that I had a loan with them but that it was SOLD to a company United Debt Holdings (800) 860-1585. I have left several message for this company and no one has called me back.
1. Is there forms that I can fax them to request information from them?
2. Are they required to mail me the information that I am requesting. I think its called a verification letter?
3. Can they take me to court or are they required to work with me to resolve this issue?

They do not have to send you anything with a verbal request. Yo
They do not have to send you anything with a verbal request. You need to dispute it in writing, preferably send certified mail, return receipt requested.
"I hereby dispute the validity of this debt. Unless you can provide proof of this alleged debt with my written signature, I will consider this matter closed."
Simple and straight to the point.
