You have no more time to pay this debt. Your loan contract balance is in a defaulted status and is past due, in which you will need to process a payment the first being due, today to hold the case in my office. Please call immediately to gather the necessary information to process your payment today as well as provide the next payment date to prevent further action. You have no more time to decide to pay this debt. You MUST contact me by telephone 02/20/08 by 4pm CST to setup payment to prevent further action. If no communication from you or the person representing you is made by telephone today before 4pm CST then we will proceed immediately. If there is NO telephone response to this inquiry then we will assume that you have no intentions on reimbursement for the advance you received and want us to take further action based off of your involuntary as well as uncooperative actions. I currently possess all of the compiled information (emails, letters, calls, etc.) to serve as evidence against you in the pursuit of the balance in full plus all additional fees. You are able to pay check by phone, or MoneyGram, however you must call to set up your arrangements. Do not respond to this email, again you have to call. I would like to reiterate that if no return call is made from you or the person representing you will result in extreme action taking place against you immediately today as our only option left to exhaust for reimbursement purposes. I do expect to speak with you soon.

Guest, According to MI state law the pdl must be licensed in MI to lend to you. Which I believe they are not. I take it you have closed your checking account and they have no more access to it? Have you communicated to them that they are trying to collect on a loan thay you have overpaid bu 330.00 and that they are illegal in the state of MI becuase they are not licensed in MI. You want to communicate this to them in writing. They are trying to scare you into paying them. Also when you send them a letter tell them you will only communicate in writing. Here are the laws for your state (just select your state), in case you want to include them in your letter.

Do not let westbury ventures scare you. Do a search in the sear
Do not let westbury ventures scare you. Do a search in the search box and you will read alot of stories on them. If I were you I would send a complaint to your state's attorney general's office, the bbb and the banking department of finance in regards to your situation. Make sure that you include copies of all emails that you have received from them as evidence. Good luck and keep us posted.
