They are stating that because the loan was completed online that my states laws dont matter. It does say something in the contract about governing law. Is there a way around this. I am trying to argue with them that I only owe the principal because they are illegal. Can some one please help me with this.

the governing law means nothing.all illegals try to BS you with that tired old line.fact is that your state laws do apply and the governing law is worthless.they know this, but try to lie about it anyway.

Please look at this contract and read the section that says governing law. This is the only thing I am worried about, and I want to make sure I argue this correctly with these people.

the governing laws means nothing.it's a fruitless argument that illegals make.they are illegal and know it.as long as your account is secured and you followed the info in soaplady's sticky all they can do is argue.do not fall for it.

I figured this was the case but before I get really angry with these people I wanted to make sure. I have already secured my checking account and blocked them from making and ach or withdrawls. They actually owe me money because I have overpaid them. I appreciate your help!

Go to the website of the state you live in. It may be on the State Attorney General's website for your state.
I truly believe they are illegal.

not sure if legal, but you can check your state's department of financial regulation.....to see if they are licensed to lend in your state....I am guessing by their name, they are illegal....

I looked their website over and can't find any reference as to where they are located. Only thing I found is that they may be affiliated with Global City Group in Doral Florida. The fax number on moneynow321 website is a 305 area code and that is located in Doral Florida. Wish I could be of more help but it they were legal they wouldn't be so vague on their website. I'd treat them as illegal and if I had paid the principal I'd tell them that was it. If I still owed on the principal then I'd pay on my terms. If they can't give you an address to mail a money order to let them send you to collections and then c&d them.
