Check N Go sucks

I tok the first step today and revoked the ACH. I called corporate right away to set up a plan and they stated its still with the store. I call the store and they state they won't send it to collections until its about 30 days past due. Here's the best part... once it goes to collections even just their corporate internal collections they write it off as a loss and report it to your 3 major credit reports. Are you f'n kidding me? Now my plan to set this up on a 9 month monthly payment arrangement is out the window, I will NOT take a credit hit for what looks like a charge off to my credit that I've been desperatly trying to fix.

Keep knocking on corporate's door and they will more than likely yield. Tell them that the onsite people are rude and unwilling to work with you. Its the problem with the people in these storefront locations.

I have spoken with corporate and since the loan was taken through a storefront, I have to wait until the store physically sends the loan to the corporate office. They have no ability to set up a plan until its sent to their inhouse collections department. I asked them if there was a way to force it and she said unfortunately we have to wait for the store to send your loan to us. She was more than willing to set up a plan for me but can't because the store waits until you're about 30-60 days past due before they send it to collections (the reason for this is so they can charge you interest on all those days you didn't make a payment before they aren't allowed to charge interest any longer, the girl at the store confirmed this).
Then once the loan finally gets to collections, they report it as a bad debt write off to the 3 major credit bureaus, not just Teletrack. I made sure to confirm this. Sorry but I'm not taking a credit hit on this, I'm just gonna have to keep making payments until I can pay it off. I was able to pay off some other loans so now instead of paying over $1150 a pay period, I now only pay around $680 a pay period.

I did revoke the ACH, thats how I got them to start the process but they stated just because I revoked ACH it doesn't automatically send it to the collections department. They won't send it until you are up to 60 days past due, but usually if you revoke ACH you end up being sent around 30 days. I requested it be sent to collections and they said they won't do that. Corporate can't compel the store to send it to collections either, I've tried both. They want you to wrack up interest for those 30-60 days of non payment because they aren't able to charge you anymore. But even then, when its sent to their internal collections not a third party, its reported to the 3 credit bureaus which I don't want. So I'll work on paying off some of the smaller balances and then hopefully get it down so that Check N Go is the last payment I have.

I think the big difference here is that Erin has an installment loan rather than a payday or CSO loan.
They're a licensed, legal lender. Play by their rules and get it paid off as soon as you can.
