I have currently 4 PDL's in Florida and have been constantly requesting that all correspondence be sent in writing regarding my outstanding balances. I am attempting to resolve them, but I am being bombarded by phone calls, my phone cant even hold a charge any more, and they keep calling me at work. I have requested via email records of my accounts, showing borrowed, paid, outstanding, and so forth, but they keep sending me generic auto reply. I am honestly not 100% on what ive paid because i
