Well, I had success with Plain Green Loans. Got my PIF Email from them just now. Happy, but was wondering how I should proceed with a refund. I had paid them [COLOR=black]$2749.60 on my $1400 loan. Any help or advise would be appreciated. [/COLOR]

To further clarity your questions regarding the legality of this loan, Plain Green is organized under the laws of the Chippewa-Cree Tribe of the Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation of Montana (“Chippewa-Creeâ€). Plain Green is owned by the Chippewa-Cree, and operates exclusively on land owned by the Chippewa-Cree. As such, Plain Green stands as an “Arm of the Tribe,†in the view of the United States state and federal courts. Therefore, loans made by an arm of a sovereign Indian nation are not subject to state law. This is NOT a payday loan.
This letter is written to help you understand that Plain Green and its loan contracts are governed exclusively by the laws of the Chippewa-Cree.

It took them a week. I had to sent them 2 emails. The second email was sent Monday morning and I got a response yesterday mid-afternoon. I sent them another email today demanding my refund. Will wait and see how that one goes..
