Crying

I was just contacted by a person claiming to be an attorney representing Cash America. He threatened me that I will be arrested in the morning if I didn't come up with $689.25 today. He can't tell me what payday loan company this is for. He said I would be held in jail for 12 days because it is bad check writing, stealing, and more things that became a blur for me. I became really upset & started crying. I told him I was bed ridden & on disability. I can't even walk. He assured me I would still be arrested. I asked how I could stop that & he asked me when I could pay it in full. I choked out the 3rd of November. He said I couldn't get paper work until it was paid. I live in Oregon & I can't afford this. I have had Idenity theft in the past. Also my ex husband & I did take out a payday loan several years ago for $600.00 with money Tree. Its possible I do owe it. Can I be arrested. What do I say to him on the 3rd?
