Hello. Glad I found this site. I live in the state of IL and I am in payday heck. I have internet loans with several different lenders. United Cash Loans, Blue Star Results, South Dakota Cash Direct Express, Cash Taxi, Pay Direct. They are eating up my paycheck and I just can't seem to get ahead of them. I read where I can revoke ACH and wage garnishments and I did try to send a few of them by email but I was ignored by two of them. I checked my bank account now and they sent like counter checks through without my signature. What should I do? Please help.

All of your lenders are illegal. You owe them only the borrowed amount, nothing more than that. Simply close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. Ask them for the refund, if you have overpaid them.

This was another one I revoked ACH and wage garnishments.. I borrowed $200 and so far paid back $957. They still say I owe the $374!! I googled and found there mailing address.

ABC Wages
3755 John J Montgomery Dr.
San Diego, CA 92123

This was there response to my letter.

Please refer to your copy of the Loan Agreement - the loan was not funded from, nor are we located in, the State of Illinois. Under the terms of the Agreement you agreed to make payments by ACH until the loan balance was satisfied in full, in accordance with that contract. If necessary, we will make all reasonable attempts to make contact with you to organize and obtain payment of all amounts due and payable to enable the loan agreement to be satisfied, as per the original terms. As explained in the loan agreement, in terms of payment, on your scheduled pay date you have 2 options, you may extend the loan by paying the $87 interest only, or repay the full balance of $287 to close the account. All payments will be taken from the same checking account that the loan is sent to. When you wish to pay the full balance, please advise us via the website at least 3 business days prior to the pay date when you wish to make the payment. If we do not receive a pay off request, we will extend the loan, a further $87 interest charge will be incurred and you will have the same options on the following pay date. We do not offer payment plans, installments, pay downs or partial payments. The loan is neither paid in full nor overpaid, and there is most certainly NO payment due back to you. Customer Service

Go to your bank with copies of the letters you sent to these companies and see if they can reverse the charges and if there are any overdraft fees see if they will refund them also. As stated, close out that account to where they cannot get any more money from you. I would suggest that if you open another account that it not be at the same bank. This is very frustrating, I know. I had payday loans from some of these companies and they will do everything in their power to get you to pay. As soon as you notice the withdrawal from your account, go to the bank and get it reversed. It will take some time and patience, but it will be worth it in the end. Hang in there!!!

Oh, I almost forgot....make sure you file complaints against them with your Attorney General. You can also let them know that you have done this. Stay on top of this!!! Good luck

I am in the process of filing the complaints. My bank is working with me on the damages these lenders did to my account. The lenders tried to pull off putting checks by phone through my account again today which were caught by the bank and they are sending them back. I just had to sign more forms. I can't close my account til Monday after they are sent back and puts me in a positive. The bank even agreed to close this account and re-open a new one that will not be linked to this one, on Monday. Thanks to all for helping.

Do I have to fill out a complaint form for each lender with the IL AG or can I just send one letter to them for all the illegal lenders?
