In my little battle with one illegal (in my state, Florida) internet PDL, I did tons of research into similar cases - since I work in litigation consulting, I have access to loads of court documents and I thought that I'd be able to save at least one person from trying to get all this info and also so that you all may have a bit more leverage when negotiating these things.
The court documents (complaints, etc) are too big to upload. I can put them on docstoc and link to them if I'm allowed...mod please let me know
