They have already violated FDCPA by stating the word 'Officer'.
They have already violated FDCPA by stating the word 'Officer'. File cases against these people with your local police authority, the FTC, the BBB and your states' Attorney General office. Tell them over their face that you're going to file case against them. Also try to notify their names and numbers to your states' Consumer Affairs and banking departments.

Thanks for sharing, you can file a police report if you like, not sure there's anything they can do though. I would contact my telephone or cell phone provider and make them aware of this incident, provide a phone number where the number was calling from, also date and time you received the call. Keep a journal of these incoming calls from now on, date, time, name of representative (if possible) and jot down what the conversation consisted of. Better still, if you are in a one party state, you might want to record these calls. If it continues, all this information will provide you with just cause to request a phone number change at no charge (that does vary depending on the phone provider).
