College Student seeking Pay Day Loan Help/Recovery
Date: Sat, 06/02/2012 - 09:34
I took out 4 pay day loans while studying abroad this semester to help cover expenses and fees that I did not have the funds to cover for at the time. I closed the bank account associated to the loans today, so I'm looking for any advice for what to do now. Any help would be appreciated!
#1. The 4 Pay Day Loans Companies are:
Cash Net USA, UnitedCash Loans, One Click Cash, and Cash Central.
#2. They are all internet loans.
#3. The states were all requested from my Florida address.
#4. Amount deposited by each lender:
Cash Net USA- $255
United Cash Loans- $400
One Click Cash- $500
Cash Central- $250
#5. Since I closed my account today, I'm unsure on the exact amount that I've been debited from each lender, however I would estimate around $500 in total.
#6. I've been receiving communication from the lenders through both emails and my personal cell phone
#7. I'm now at the process of writing a letter revoking the companies ACH authorization rights to my old account. While closing my bank account today, the bank manager warned me that if any of those lenders were to debit money out, it would reopen the account. (Thus putting me in the negative, and incurring bank charges). So i'm trying to get this done ASAP
Thank You and I look forward to your advice and guidance!

You need to get the ACH revocation emails done asap....and then
You need to get the ACH revocation emails done asap....and then get a copy to your bank first thing on monday morning. Once the ACH revocation is properly done, then any ach that comes thru CANNOT reopen your account per REG E.
