hi paul; I have been researching payday loan laws and still have a question- I have 2 payday loans by different co.'s, neither of which is licensed in ca. Now I find out their practices are illegal here in
ca. I'm on the eternal refi cycle but have paid enough to cover original loan amt.
What can I do to end this?

2)how much total have you paid back on the loans
being as you say these places are illegal the contract is worthless and you only owe the principle.anything debited gets deducted from the principle which is all you owe.
