Hello all - What great information you have compiled here!!
In researching MyCashNow, I came to the conclusion that payments are processed through CreditProtectionDepot (I had to make an alternate arrangement and was referred to CreditProtectionDepot) from the main # at MCN.
In doing many, many searches, I come up with Nevada addresses (for Credit Prot Depot). I also found a copy of a lawsuite on line against them that included in the Order that Silver Shield Services was their registered agent. In looking up Credit Prot Depot on the State of Nevada website, they do show Silver Springs as their registered agent currently.
Is my thinking correct that this is an address that can be used for legal service (i.e. BK notice, or revocation of ACH withdrawal)?
Apparently it is advantageous to incorporate in Nevada. This company even gives them a telephone # for $150/year and address availability. It's unbelievable how they are able to do this and freely advertise this service, but I suppose that's business.
The address I found for Silver Shield Services is 2840 Hwy 95 Alt S #7, Silver Springs, NV 89429.
If they are officially listed as their registered agent with the state of Nevada, is this a valid address for legal notice, etc?
