I have gotten 5 payday loans in June and July.. I live in Texas so my understanding is that they can not garnish my wages... I have payed the first payment of all but one of them...
I closed my bank account and as expected have started receiving phone calls on my cell no big deal I just send them to voice mail. I am now unemployed. I want o pay back the loans but not sure when I will be able to.. I have other debtors that will get my underemployment.
My question is how do you find out if a company can do business in your state.
Here is a list of PDL:
Plain Green $500.00 payed $183.74
CashNet USA $500.00 payed $128.94
OneClick Cash $400.00 payed $150.00
US Fast Cash $400.00 Payed None
Multiloan Source $450.00 Payed $135.00
Any ideas

Thanks

Payday loans are curse. You should not have taken out so many pdls mate. You'll have to pay the principal amount along with interests and fees to Cash Net USA. If you don't pay back the money, then they can sue you.

It is normal that the lenders have started calling you. They will continue to do that until you pay their money.

Pay back the principal amount to the remaining lenders. You can approach a pdl debt consolidation company in this regard. They can help you to get out of pdl debt. But, you need to have some income. Otherwise, the debt relief company will not be able to help you out.

Yep???.both of my previous posters is correct. If you are in a financial hardship and can???t afford to repay the debts, then you can negotiate with your lenders. You may try to arrange a payment plan with them only if the lenders are licensed in your state. If the lenders are not licensed, then you can get rid of the debts by paying them only the principal amount. Illegal payday lenders won???t be able to take any legal action against you. To know about how to deal with illegal payday lenders, glance through the following link:
