Here is a breakdown of what I've paid them:
5/13/08 $710 disbursed to my account
6/06/08 $226.63 paid to them
6/20/08 $132.20 paid to them
7/03/08 $122.76 paid to them
7/18/08 $241.65 paid to them
8/01/08 $213.58 paid to them
They actually owe me $226.82, which I honestly don't care about. I just want this considered PIF.

Depending on the circumstances surrounding how you obtained the loan, we may also initiate internal investigation to ensure all information submitted on the loan application was accurate and not done fraudulently in order to attempt to obtain a loan under false pretenses.

If you are unable to pay $853.79 for the entire balance on the loan then we must require a minimum payment of $284.60 place the account on hold.
If this account is referred for further review and action to our outside firm for additional collection efforts, it will commence activity on the account to be done to the fullest extent of the law in order to protect our interest in this matter. At that point, you will be responsible for all additional fees associated with costs involved for the collection of this debt.
Please call us immediately with the Control Number of your wire in order to update your account and to avoid other action and charges to you.
I would highly suggest you call 1-866-645-1661 to resolve this matter immediately. This is the only way for you to resolve this very serious situation, which you have initiated. Your failure to do so may result in the above-mentioned action being taken

From what I've seen this is a standard email that they send out when the payment is returned. Did you file with the BBB, FTC & PA attorney general? Each time they email you I would respond to them with the same letter that you already sent back on 8/18...they owe you, not they other way around.

I did re-fax the original letter I sent about having overpaid already, no contact via phone only e-mail, etc...
They never referenced the fax.
Thoughts please. Anyone else ever contact a consumer lawyer? Note the $0.00 amounts in the letter. What does this mean?? Should I call them? They haven't called me yet. Only sent these couple of e-mails.
