This is scam. There is no Crime Center Of America. I received the same threatening messages. An "attorney" read me an "affidavit" and told me I was being charged with check fraud and that I owed QuickCash.Net $5100.00 or I would be arrested. I filed a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (who verified to me that this is a scam) and also IC3 (section of FBI that deals with Internet Crime).
