If I close my bank account in Texas can criminal charges be brought against me?

I have payday loans with Check N\' Go, Advance America, Allied Cash Advane, and EZ Money. I have paid on time and I can no longer afford the fees. I will pay them back, but I can\'t continue to pay them bi-weekly. What should I do?!


If you have already paid back the required amount on time, why will you pay the fees? Make sure you're not paying extra on the payday loans. In case of illegal payday loans, you're just supposed to pay the principal amount and nothing else.

EZ Money - Legal (EZ Payday Cash is illegal)

Better to go on the settlement route or the EPP option. The EPP option gives you the choice to pay off debt in 4 equal installments.
