Can there be criminal charges filed against me?

Hello, I have one payday loan opened and it is through cash in a wink. I did not pay any money towards the loan but the interest of $150 was debited out of my account on 9/28/12 as well as $75 from Hydra fund which I disputed because the $250 they placed into my acct was not authorized. I received a call from CashAdvanceAmerica stating that they were owners of over 85 payday loan companies and that they were going to have the FBI and state police at my job monday morning for none payment, even though cash in a wink sent me an email confirmation stating that my loan was renewed until 10/12/12. I told this representative that and he told me the cops were going to be at my job and I was going to sit in jail and think about what I have done. My loan is only 2 days past due.
I also read some of the other posts from years ago on here stating that it is illegal to lend in the State of New Jersey which is where I reside. I do not want to default on the loan but I just need time to pay it all back and they told me they are going to take the $500 i borrowed plus $350 out of my checking acct in two weeks.
PLEASE HELP ME!

STAY OFF THE PHONE! THEY ARE HANDING YOU A PILE OF CRAP!! Debts are civil, not criminal.
Payday loans are illegal in NJ....you owe principal only, no interest no fees. Follow the link in my signature line on how to deal with them. Follow ALL of the steps...ach revocation, voluntary wage assignment and give copies to your bank and payroll debt.

So now these bedbugs have started using the names of legit lenders (CashAdvanceAmerica) to harass people? Good to know. YOu should consider talking to the CFPB about this. The more we know about their latest trick, the better we can fight them.
