Nothing for NC? I see it's illegal but confused about this CFO thing, how can you find out if a Pay Day loan is a CFO in the state of NC?

First of all I think it should be CSO (Credit Service Organization) and not CFO. Secondly, payday loans operate as CSOs only in Texas, Maryland and Florida and not in NC.
