Cashnetusa is the only legal lender, they are not a payday lender, instead they are registered as a CSO in Ohio (Credit Service Organization), which means they are not required to follow the payday loan laws. They are fairly easy to work with and offer an EPP (extended payment plan), but they won't tell you about it, you will need to request it.

The first step is to make payment arrangements with Cashnetusa, ask if you can send payments via the mail because your account has been compromised and you need to close it. CLICK HERE to find out how to deal with illegal lenders.
