I had a pdl with CTC and defaulted on purpose through the advice on this awesome website. I HAD 8 payday loans but they are slowly dwindling down thanks to the help I have received here. I sent a email to CTC stating that they are not legal in Nevada but that I would pay the loan just not the principle. They have never responded or tried to contact me in any way since then which is about a month ago. Has anyone had this experience? Is this the calm before the storm? :? I cannot log on to their website anymore so I don't know how to proceed with them but I don't want to call either. Thanks for any help.

you should draft a WAGE ASSIGNMENT revocation letter and give it to your HR or payroll person.chances are they will try to present a wage assignment.those are voluntary.once that fails they will contact you.

Some keep quiet for a while and then bam they are like roaches coming out of the wood work. Just hang tight and when/if it happens it happens.

They can not do anything to you. Hang in there.
