Payday Loan Nightmare

Hello:
I am hopeful that someone can provide me with some information regarding the following pay day loans. I reside in Texas. They were all done via the Internet. There are four from the following companies.
Clear Creek Lending: 1,500.00
CashNetUSA: 1,600.00
CheckNGo: 1,000.00
Cash Central: 500.00
I currently am not employed and have no way of paying what they are asking. If anyone can provide options and any other information as to what can occur because I am unable to meet their demands.

Except for Clear Creek Lending, all the other lenders that you listed are legal in Texas. Moreover, all the 3 legal lenders are also CAB/CSOs in Texas. You should call them and ask for the EPP. If the local office is not very cooperative, you should talk to the people in corporate.
