Do I qualify for an Epp for these type loans?
Thanks for your response. I
Thanks for your response. I contacted the corporate offices of all the payday/installment loan companies. I actually have 8. When I called ace cash express ace corporate, they said that I could could in fact get payment arrangements, it was just a matter of walking into the storefront and requesting it. Well, I walked into the storefront on 12/1412, one day before the payment was due. The clerk called corporate to confirm and was told that payment arrangements could not be made. I know that they are not a member of cfsa. It is a 500 dollar consumer loan that I have been extending for over 1 year. All payments in a timely manner. I called 1 stop and they said they could not make arrangements on my 1500 loan, that I have been paying for over 1 year in a timely manner. On 12/14/12, I placed a hard hold on all debits.

You should register with the forums also, so easier to find and help you -- right now you are kind of lost with all of the unreigistered..
You have to tell them that you need to default, I have worked out with both at the corp level, so not sure what the problem is ... They are both members of CFSA from what I understand and licensed to lend in AZ.. You need to be careful with registration loans.. I know that you have cash 1 and check into cash loans who are the other 4 with? Who did you talk to at corp? Customer service or collection, if you call and tell them you are revoking all ACH and that you need to talk to some one about defaulting and setting up an arrangement, I think they are going to listen. You have to have a realistic plan..
You may need to contact the
You may need to contact the corporate office on these to get payment arrangements made, some times the stores themselves to not have the authority to do.. these are registration loans correct, not title.. you still have a primary lien holder on the title, yes... You may have to default to get payment arrangement, but try by calling the corporate office first..You obviously want to protect your car... Hope this helps, if you have more questions feel free to ask.. I'll do what I can to help.. I was able to work out arrangements with ACE and 1 Stop... I am also in AZ..
