I currently have 6 internet payday loans. This is a vicious cycle. Can I close my checking account before the 31st to stop them? I'm at my wits end.

CashNetUSA - Original Amt $500.00 - Paid $119.75
UnitedCashLoans - Original Amt - $500.00 - Paid $105.00
NationWide Cash - Original Amt - $500.00 - Paid $400.00
ZipCash - Original Amt - $300.00 - Paid $95.00
ameriloan - Original Amt - $500.00 - Paid $360.00
Cash Transfer Centers - Original Amt - $300.00 - New due on 10/31.

Any advice would be helpful. I don't won't to get into bigger trouble by closing my account if I shouldn't but I need to do something before I lose my house.

I'm just looking at this "thing" thinking there is no way on God's earth that this would stand up anywhere. I still look at it dumbfounded!

Oh, it's something alright! That's why when I see people posting regarding a CTC wage assignment, I'm like "read it carefully and you will see it's soooo not right". I read it over and over and over again. It's kind of like something you and a friend would write. "I promise to pay you the quarter back you let me borrow for bubble gum."

you know thats funny..I always thought they cant garnish wages here in florida...the only one who can agrnish wages here is the government..thats why we have the crooks living here because nobody cant touch them here..atleast thats what I know..I know other states you can..the minute you move out of florida, they can garnish your wages but as long as youre here, its illegal

Wage Assignments are different than wage garnishments. I also live in a state that protects your wages from garnishments. I think that most companies in a state that garnishments are illegal would rarely put through a wage assignment in fear of getting in trouble. I know that my company refuses to honor them. I would guess that it is mostly small unknowing companies that do. If the CTC letter is so full of holes and does not even follow the guidelines you would have a slam dunk case against your employer it sounds like.
