Payday loan companies damaging your car

Has anyone had problems with a payday loan company flattening their tires or damaging their car? I got to the point that I couldn't afford to pay them anymore. The day I was supposed to pay them my tires were flattened and/also the roof of my car was damaged on the next pay day.. Today is my birthday and I woke up to a flattened tire.
Has anyone had a similar experience? I'm trying to figure out who is doing this and am wondering if it's the payday loan company.
