SC internet loans

I have several
Oneclickcash
integrity advance
Viploanshop
500 fast cash
and 2 that are installment loans (I think)
paydayone
cashnet usa
does the unlicensed part apply to installment loans also?
Are any of these licensed in SC?
Also part of the law says something about 1 at a time and there is a database they can check to see if I have more than one.


Oneclickcash, Integrity Advance, Viploanshop and 500FastCash are all illegal lenders. You do not need to repay them anything more than the principal amount, no interest or fees. Send out copies of ACH revocation letters to your bank and to each of the lenders. Optionally you can also shut down your bank account.

As for the installment loans, both the lenders are legal in SC. If you are having trouble paying them, call them and work out a repayment plan. CashNetUSA is decent enough to work with.

I have worked with One Click Cash. I sent the letter given in this thread:

They said that I had to pay $1000. My original loan amount was $500. When I threatened to go to court, they retreated. They told that the loan would be considered "paid in full".

I sent the ach revocation letters to the 4 illegal/unlicensed lenders. I put a debit hold on my account until I can go and close it and open a new one. I have direct deposit going in tonight and didnt want to mess that up. Tomorrow I will close it and open a new one. Not looking forward to dealing with them on the phone! I did put in email to contact me thru email or postal mail. wish me luck on getting this resolved!

Does anyone know if these are liscened in SC? I have been looking and can not find anything
BTW this is an awesome site. I feel as though there is hope.
