Payday Loans = Quick Payday and David & Morgan?

I am being harassed by a man, very difficult to understand, claiming to be from a firm called "David & Morgan", which I believe is somewhere in the Miami area. They claim to represent US Bank and Quick Payday. They're doing the usual...threatening criminal arrest, along with "demanding to speak with my boss to explain the situation". I can't find any address for this place...has anyone had experience with them? I need to send them a cease & desist, but can't do that, without an address, which they refuse to give me. Also, I want to file a complaint with the Flroida Atty. General...again, need something more than a name, to do so.

I am having the exact same problem with I believe the same company. They did nit represent themselves as David & Morgan however the man I spoke with said his name is David . This company has threatened me and my attorney has contacted him. He refuses to stop calling my job harasing me. I have filed a complaint with the Illinois Atoorney General and the better business bureau. This gentleman did provide a Florida address but after a little research from my attorney, the address did not exsist. Please keep me posted on any new info.
