Got a call at work from a Mike Jacobs says he is in my town as a processor server and trying to save me the embarrassment of coming to my work or home. Says I have payday loans that are being collected by Davis & Clark 888-880-4855 but didn't give me his number since he travels so much. Said if I call them and straighten it out with them they will let him know not to serve me.

well this mike jacobs broke the law hand over fist.first off a procees server would never call ahead.you should file a police report as again the douche mike jacobs broke the law with that illgal threat.then when he calls again state you have filed a police report and will not speak to him or call the number until you receive something in writing.there is nothing at all legit about this and you should treat it as such.
