What I Did To Deal With Payday Loans

I had loans with OneClick Cash, 500Fast Cash, 1800899 cash, and the Loan Shop online. I closed my bank account and sent them letters saying that since I lived in NC, I knew they were illegal. I offered to pay what I owe without the interest charges. I never heard from OneClick and 500Fast Cash, but the Loan Shop said my payment offer was fine. 1800899 Cash got nasty in emails, so I reported those three to the BBB. THey are currently investigating. I'm wondering what is going to happen next, but so far, so good!

one click and united cash are part of MTE and will fight you.they haven't yet,but they will.you should be prepared to file AG complaints.you are right so far so good.
