Payday Loans - Relocated to GA

Basically I would like some advice on dealing with Payment Direct Online. I took a loan in July of 2010 when I was residing in Denver; I relocated to GA in Jan 2011. I have received refunds and cancellations from 2 other PDL lenders because I reside in GA, but this one here.... is something else! They have been taking $89 finance charge every pay for nearly 2 yrs for a loan of only $200! I have paid that loan at least 12 times by now. Honestly, out of sight out of mind, I'm so used to the money being deducted that I dont factor it into my household bills. I had a financial set back and put a stop pay on all 3 PDL because I wasnt about to be homeless over that mess.

I have contracted with Blue Ridge Law Group for a consolidation program because I need this resolved. I have 2 other pdls besides payment direct that I want to get paid off, but the payments and interest are killing me.
Any advice will be appreciated Thanks!

who are the other two pdl's?payment direct is illegal in every state therefore you are owe a biiiiiig refund.need to know who the other two are as you can handle these like you did the others,but some will fight you harder than others.please post the other loans and we can help you here.

okay

both are tribal and illegal as well.how much was debited thus far?you only owe the principle and anything debited gets deducted.

go to ohiogal's sticky on dealing with illegal lenders in this very forum.follow every step.the first is to close your account.you not only don't owe,but all three owe you.why pay a place?so they can charge a fee and get you to pay more.go to the primer,and follow it these places will fight you,but you can do this yourself.
