I currently have 4 default payday loans I am only receiving calls for two one is American International processing (AIP) and Payday services. I had set up payment arrangements but my account soon went into recovery causing the debit to be returned. I received a call from AIP today saying that my debit was returned because my account had closed (which is had not) that if I need not give the new account information they were going to report me for intent to steal. I am current getting funds together to pay off all my loans and debt but I don't like being scared into paying money. I had ever intention to pay but it took my bank a week to processing the funds. What can I do all these are internet payday loans and I live in the state of Tennessee.

Please don't be worried. First check with your state attorney general's office and the Dept of Corp. if this company is a licensed business in your state. If they are not, they are not legally allowed to charge any interests and fees on your account. You must file your complaints for their violation of the state laws.

Do you have the written proof of the arrangements done with AIP? This will be an important proof to cover your bases.

AIP aka Cash Relief Limited is more than likely a "verbal agreement". No loan documentation. As this was my experience. They too called me and "freaked" when they were unable to get thier money. Guess what? They're illegal. I was fortunate enough to have the BBB take care of them for me. They know they are not legit. I'll be you $10 you don't have a written agreement with them. Not legal.

Oh and P.S. - Do not give them any more money. I got my money refunded. They are illegal.

I also have a loan with AIP they never tried to contact me they went right to my supervisor called her to give me the message. i told them that i didnt have a bank account and they told me they would give me to august 3 to get one. i asked could i mail or money gram a payment they told me no because in the agreement it said i had to maintain a open account. they said if i dont they will send paper work to my hr department and have me garnished.

I have a question is AIP, National Money Store and Payday loan yes.com the same companies?

You need to write letters to these payday loan companies stating that you have revoked your authorization for them to debit your account, contact your employer, your place of employment, your references etc and any wage assignment/garnishement. Send this to them via email or USPS (with return receipt). Take a copy of these letters to your bank, (this way they have a record of your revokation) and also to your HR department. It might be a little embarrassing to tell them what happened, this way they know what the situation is and can help you with them as far as any wage garnishement. Check to make sure these places are not licensed in your state too.

Someone had made a suggestion of getting one of those prepaid debit cards and if they want a number to something, load that card up with what you want to pay them and give them that number. That way they cannot get more than you are able to pay them.

both of you hang in there!!!

Do you guys have any loan documentation with AIP? These guys do "verbal agreements". So you won't have anything written that says you agreed for them to debit your account, that they can garnish your wages, etc. I would still do as instructed by sending them letters revoking their privildges and also tell them not to contact you via telphone any longer. However, these guys are not licensed, and more than likely, you have a "verbal agreement" with them. Please file complaints against them. It might get it resolved fairly quickly. And, as far as I'm aware, AIP goes by American International Processing, and it's for Cash Relief. That's the only one I know it goes by, but you never know with these pdl's.

Do you have any other pdl's that you need contact information for? Believe me, someone on the forum will have it! I see goudah gave you AIP information. You need to file all complaints.

With AIP - Follow Cannr's advice and file with the BBB - For some strange reason they really care about what the BBB says. Both Cannr and I were able to successfully resolve our issues with them through the BBB. I filed my complaint, then called a few days later and spoke with the controller of AIP. She offered to mark me PIF without me even asking . . . .
