Did you apply for any other PDL's recently? Sometimes, since many of the PDL's fall under the same parent company, they get your new info that way. I agree, these companies are real low-lifes. Someone else who knows more about the PDL's and banks w/ hopefully be able to give you some advice on what your options are...

Attorney General's Office and the Better Business Bureau's office. File a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission at ftc.gov. Send a certified letter to CASHNETUSA requesting all paperwork tied to your account, especially the contract that shows your approval for them to debit the new account.
PDL got my new checking info
I want to know if you are still banking at the same bank and or still applied for a new loan. I still have outstanding dealings with them and affraid they will find mine..
Also, how long ago did you change banks and how long did it take for them to find it.
thanks for your answers...

I did not switch banks. I had 2 accounts at the same bank. So I closed out the first one that they had the information on. What happened is, they issued credits to the old account. When they rejected the ACH department transfered the funds to my new account. That gave CashnetUSA the new information. I have a rep dealing with it now. They charged back the new debits as not authorized. I signed a statement saying I had revoked authorization to debit any account of mine. I never applied for a new payday loan. Since I have gotten out of the trap and I am in control of my finances, there is not way in h--- that I will take out another loan from a loan shark!! At least my bank is understanding and will help me deal with it. I did have to go to the Client Relations Department. If something like this happens, the branch or the regular customer service will not be able to help you. You have to go through the CEO of the bank. Thanks wagatail1969 for the info on who to complain to.
I did contact the ACH processor for CashnetUSA who happens to be USBANK 800-937-6310. They advised they cant stop charges from coming from one of their clients.

It sounds like the 2 accounts were linked at the bank . . . . That would mean Cash Net USA didn't have the new account info, they just tried to debit the old account and it automatically transfered to the new account.

Actually the accounts were not linked. What happened was the old account had a hard hold on it and then was closed out. They would reject any debits to the account. BUT, cashnetusa got smart. They issued some small credits stating they were refunds, when the ach department of the bank received the credits, they placed them in the new account. When they did that, it gave cashnetusa the new account number! When I went to the cashnetusa website and signed into my account with them, they have my new checking account information!! They obtained it without my authorization. My bank rejected all the debits on the old account. Needless to say, they have again been advised not to debit any of my accounts. My bank is also on alert that cashnetusa is not authorized to debit my account. I signed a fraud statement that states the ach debit authorization was revoked. As soon as I get checks from another bank that I opened an account with, I am going to have my check direct deposit to the new bank. My employer will not do it without a voided check. At that point, it will be a whole different bank, so this will not happen again.
