I am a california resident have an installment loan (not a payday loan) through Plain Green Loans. Originally $1300 I've paid over $2400 in payments so far. I am being laid off from my job & will not be able to make any further payments for who knows how long! They debit payments from my bank account. Last time I missed a payment they debited my account a couple weeks later without warning & caused me financial chaos. What happens when I have to close my bank account & i am unable to pay them.?

Plain Green is an unlicensed tribal lender. Follow the link in my signature line for full information on how to deal with them. You are PAID IN FULL!!!!! No fees, no interest...and register with the forums!!!

Plain Green is an illegal lender all over the state of US. You are required to pay them only the borrowed amount. Since you have already overpaid them, so ask them for the refund immediately. Close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. Don’t worry, they can’t do anything.
