I live in Florida and I have a internet loan with Cashnet USA for 1300.00 the interest is killing me and it still hasn't pad down the loan. Now the loan is on default because I'm unable to pay them without putting myself in financial hardship. What can I do to get the roll overs stopped and just pay on the loan?

Cannr Cash Net is a CSO in Florida.

A CSO is a Credit Service Organization. It's really just a sneaky underhanded way for these places to get around payday loan restrictions. Federal law makes it so that any fees charged cannot be considered interest. So technically on the Cash Net loan you are only paying like 18% interest. It's just a huge fee.
