I want to pay who i owe. I've already closed my checking account and want to know what I can do. I had to close my account so i could pay my car note and daycare. I was in way over my head. I looked and couldn't find these companies on the Louisiana website for licensed. It also said there was a limit of 350 and no rollovers.
