I reside in North Carolina and payday loans are illegal in this state. If I default on a loan from Blue King, can I be arrested or sued?

First, register with the forum. and to answer your question..No you will not be arrested, and it is highly unlikely they will sue you. they are a tribal lender, so they are illegal. pay them the principal only..no more. follow this link it explains what to do.

Yes register, then follow the instructions on dealing with online lenders. I had several with then, and they sent me PIF letter last week. Good luck

I took out a Pay Day loan through this company in the State of Washington where payday loans are legal. this is still an illegal lender. They may try to scare you into paying and may even sell your loan to an illegal collection agency. They can do nothing to you. technically you don't even owe them the principal. Morally I would repay the principal only. If you have already done this then you owe them nothing.

Send everything in writing either by certified mail or through their website. I do have the address if you need it. Just PM me after you register. I still have not received a PIF letter but only had to deal with calls for a few weeks. Follow the link prissdakat posted and you will not be led astray.
