In Collections - Authorized Payday (dot) com

I paid 360.00 for a 300.00 loan from authorized payday. I recently sent them the letter stating the Mass. illegal laws, revoke authorization, etc. etc. The email to Authorized Payday is invalid and they do not answer the faxes! I called and got nasty with one manager as she states Authorized payday is a legal lender in Delaware and I signed the contract stating I would abide by Delaware laws. Long story short. She emailed me again (from a centrix email account) stating your account is in collections. They have not yet debited my acount either electronically or paper form. I have a hard block on this company. Does anyone know what "collections" actually does? I also stated on your website sites you do not lead in MA. they still think the Delaware laws prevail. I haven't heard anything from them lately. Thoughts? I do not want to close my account. the ACH block is on!

These companies always say 'so and so' law prevails. Don't pay heed to them. In fact, their website itself states that they don't offer PDLs in MA.
