Hello.
I had taken a pdl out with mass street group, and when I found out they were illegal, I took action. I sent the ach revocation letter and also stated that I into owed $100 more and I would be sending payments via money order on certain dates of $50. They accepted very easily.

I am not sure if they are illegal in your state. In New York, where I am, they are!

But, I did that by choice. I can't believe they just put the money in your account! I believe that the pdl company you tried to get a loan through probably passed your info to other places and so signing for the one you meant to, is like signing to the other one. If they are illegal, I would send them the ach revocation letter (in sticky-how to deal with illegal lenders). Go through your bank account and add up what they put into your account, (it was $300?)and then add up what they took out. If they took more than the $300, they owe you money. Ask for a refund. If they took out less than $300, send them a letter stating what you owe (up to $300, do not include fees) and tell them the amount and what dates you will pay!
