I live in Fl. had this payday loan from back in 2010- or 2011.
Today I pull my credit report and see a derogatory mark for seaside dollar on a charged off account. If my memory serves me right, I think I might have over paid this loan. Can anyone tell me if they are legal in Fl??

no in fact dispute the entry as illegal,and also when you dispute note that you filed an AG complaint.it should be removed.
